The conversation will be moderated by Danielle Trussoni, who reviewed these authors's titles in the New York Times Book Review.
Stephen Graham Jones is the author of twenty-five or so novels and collections, and there’s some novellas and comic books in there as well. Most recent are The Only Good Indians and Night of the Mannequins. Stephen lives and teaches in Boulder, Colorado.
Phenderson Djéli Clark is the award winning and Hugo, Nebula, Sturgeon, and World Fantasy nominated author of the novellas Ring Shout, The Black God’s Drums, and The Haunting of Tram Car 015. He is a founding member of FIYAH Literary Magazine. His debut novel, A Master of Djinn, publishes in 2021.
Zoje Stage is the USA Today and internationally bestselling author of Baby Teeth. A former filmmaker with a penchant for the dark and suspenseful, she lives in Pittsburgh.
Maria Dahvana Headley is the New York Times-bestselling author of eight books in a variety of genres, most recently Beowulf: A New Translation, and The Mere Wife, both from FSG. Her work has been short-listed for the Nebula, Shirley Jackson, and World Fantasy awards, and her short stories regularly appear in Year's Best anthologies, including Best American Fantasy & Science Fiction.
