Join us as we celebrate Michael Clune's new book, Gamelife, a vivid and strange memoir about childhood, 80’s technology, and the uncanny experience afforded by video games. Adam Wilson calls Gamelife “a brilliant and fiercely moving memoir...a portrait of the artist as a young gamer."
Michael Clune will be in conversation with Dan Piepenbring, web editor at The Paris Review.
Michael W. Clune is a professor of English at Case Western Reserve University. He is the author of a memoir titled White Out: The Secret Life of Heroin and of two scholarly books, American Literature in the Free Market and Writing Against Time.
