Do you know how hard it is to write an entire book using only palindromes? I couldn't even figure out ONE that would work in this review.
Jon Agee's "palindrama" is a very fun adventure that follows Otto from home, to the beach, to the city and back, using only images and around 200(!) palindrome words and sentences. So creative and a must read (forwards and backwards).
I thought if Jon Agee could do it then so could I! I was determined to write this all in palindromes, but alas I'll have to leave that up to the master. Pick this book up and stay for awhile, you'll be rereading forwards and backwards while going on fantastic adventures!
This absurdly clever and funny graphic novel, told entirely in palindromes, is created by World Palindrome Champion Jon Agee, author of Go Hang a Salami! I'm a Lasagna Hog!
Otto is having a very palindramatic day. His pet, Pip, has gone missing, and his search for the dog leads him deeper and deeper into a strange and perplexing world--full of talking owls, stacks of cats, storms and mazes, boats and trains and automobiles . . . oh my! Everything seems to be the same backward and forward, and Pip isn't sure he'll ever find his way home to Mom and Pop. But you, reader, will enjoy his Oz-like journey thoroughly.
