We strive to answer your emails within 24 hours. However, due to the large number of queries we receive, and because we want to give each email the time and attention it deserves, a response may occasionally take 1-2 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

Beginning Sunday, November 6, official book machine office hours will be daily from 12:00-6:00, and Wednesdays from 10:00-8:00.

If the primary reason for your visit is to see the book machine in action, or to discuss your self-publishing options with us, we strongly advise making an appointment. This will ensure we have time to talk to you when you come in, and that you're not there when the machine is being serviced, or when we're out to lunch.
