We strive to answer your emails within 24 hours. However, due to the large number of queries we receive, and because we want to give each email the time and attention it deserves, a response may occasionally take 1-2 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

Book machine office hours are daily from 12:00-6:00 PM.

Please note that if the primary reason for your visit is to see the book machine in action, or to discuss your publishing options with us, we require an appointment. This will ensure we have time to talk to you when you come in, and that you're not there when the machine is being serviced, or when we're out to lunch.
