GREEN GIRL: Kate Zambreno in Conversation with Adam Fitzgerald

07/01/2014 7:00 pm

Kate Zambreno's jagged, immersive novel GREEN GIRL (2011), about a young American adrift in London, working through a variety of screw-ups and submissiveness, was named one of the best books of the year by critics including Dennis Cooper and Roxane Gay. Join Zambreno for a reading from an all-new Harper Perennial paperback of the book, revised by the author and including previously unpublished outtakes, a new essay, and an interview with the author. She will be joined in conversation by the one and only Adam Fitgerald, author of The (very great) Late Parade.

Kate Zambreno is the author of the novels Green Girl and O Fallen Angel, as well as the author of two books of innovative nonfiction, Heroines and Book of Mutter. She teaches in the writing programs at Columbia University, Sarah Lawrence College, and Wesleyan University.
